Payment methods
- Self-service card payments are processed by Stripe.
- Stripe receipts are available for card payments.
- Invoice or annual billing support may be available for organization plans and procurement workflows.
- Billing questions can be sent to billing@integrityfile.org.
Refunds and cancellation
- The first report is free for one organization.
- Paid one-time reports are refundable if the completed report is not satisfactory, subject to the applicable checkout terms or order form.
- Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled according to the applicable subscription terms, checkout terms or order form.
- Fees are not refundable unless required by law or stated in the applicable checkout terms, subscription terms, order form or written agreement.
Fair use
Unlimited use is subject to fair-use limits and legitimate due diligence purposes. Reports are not intended for mass surveillance, unrelated background checks, scraping, resale, or automated bulk screening.
