Can we review the product without a meeting?
Yes. The site provides a sample report, methodology notice, legal center, privacy notice, DPA, security overview, subprocessor list, vendor information, billing page and sanctions-list reference page. These pages are intended to answer common internal review questions without requiring a sales call.
What should we use for procurement registration?
Use the Vendor Information page for product description, contacts, payment methods, invoice information, legal links and data-protection links. Legal entity, business address and tax information can be provided during vendor setup, contracting or invoice issuance where required.
What answers the security review?
Use the Security Overview, Subprocessors, Data Protection and DPA pages. IntegrityFile describes security practices and subprocessors, but does not claim SOC 2, ISO 27001 or similar certification unless expressly provided in current documentation or a signed agreement.
Does this replace sanctions screening or legal review?
No. IntegrityFile may reference public sanctions, restricted-party, debarment and exclusion sources, but it does not replace formal sanctions screening, legal advice, donor clearance, eligibility checks, investigation, payment controls, or internal approval processes.
What helps internal approval?
- Sample Report shows the report format, findings, source log, false positives, sanctions/debarment status table and reviewer fields.
- Report Methodology explains the public-source review approach and limitations.
- Human Review Policy confirms that reports are signals for review, not automatic conclusions.
- AI Methodology explains how AI helps structure public-source due diligence and where human judgment remains required.
Can finance receive invoices or receipts?
Card payments are processed through Stripe and Stripe receipts are available. Invoice or annual billing support may be available for organization plans or procurement workflows. See Billing & Invoices.
What should legal review?
Legal teams should review the Terms of Service, Privacy Notice, Data Processing Addendum, Acceptable Use, Human Review Policy and Responsible Use statement. Enterprise terms or signed order forms may supplement the public terms where agreed.
What does IntegrityFile not claim?
IntegrityFile does not claim to certify that a partner is clear, approve or reject vendors, provide legal advice, conduct a formal investigation, replace sanctions screening, certify GDPR compliance, or provide security certifications that are not explicitly documented.
